A proof is a low resolution digital image of your photocard which will be sent to your email.They will appear blurred and watermaked and are not suitable for printing.Once you have given your approval we will proceed with the Printing.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PROOF?
A proof will be sent to your E-mail within 24hrs on business days.If you place an order after 1:00pm on fridays.Pls give us upto 48 hrs.We do not work during weekends.So orders received during weekends are processed only on the next business day.

For complete card changes, an additional $8.00 will be invoiced.

If you are running late and do not have the time for shipping you can opt to buy the print-it yourself designs.Once the proof is approved we send you the high resolution JPEG image of your card.Print at home or e-mail ir or send to you photolab for printing.We bring to you this option in an effort to go green.

WILL THE PRINTS BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS SEEN ON MY COMPUTER?
Please understand that every monitor screen is calibrated different, so the colors on your card may be slightly different than what you see.

HOW SHOULD I SEND THE PHOTO?
you can send digital photos when you are placing the order.the photos should be at high resolution and should not be cropped or resized.If required we do minor editing but will only use it after your approval.

By submitting your photos to us you assert all legal ownership of your photos. You must obtain copyright permission from your professional photographer.

After you approve the design we send it to the printer. It usually takes 2-3 business days for the approved designed to be printed and returned to us.
We then package it and mail it the next business day.So you should be able to receive it within 7-10 days.

If there is a mistake made by us, after you have approved the final card, we will rush new cards to you at no charge. If you have approved the final proof, and you made an error, we will still re-print and ship new cards to you at 50% off the regular price. We may ask you to return the
